New gîte in which we wanted to combine charm and modernity is in Régusse in the Var, a village in Provence with all amenities (supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, swimming pool, markets, La Poste, organic grocery store, cafes, restaurants, etc.).

Your cottage for 5 people, with a surface area of 36 m² + 20 m² attic mezzanine floor + 35 m² terrace, is composed of:
- a living room with air conditioning, television and Wi-Fi,
- a fully independent bedroom with double bed (air conditioning, television and Wi-Fi),
- an attic mezzanine (20 m² floor space) with 3 single beds accessible by a staircase (air conditioning, television and Wi-Fi),
- a fully equipped kitchen,
- a bathroom with walk-in shower,
- a large private terrace, out of sight, equipped with garden furniture,
- Inflatable Mr Jack Ouzi will be waiting for you outdoors on your intimate terrace, just for you in a spirit of total relaxation... (Jacuzzi available from March 31 to November 7).
The accommodation has comfortable equipment to make your vacation easier: air conditioning/heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, television in each room, Large Trampoline, Wi-Fi…
An inventory and internal regulations must be signed upon arrival.
The wooded and fenced plot with additional relaxation area (chairs, tables, large trampoline, etc.) is available for tenants.
